Leuntea Vin represented by Maestru-DC SRL is an online store that provides tourist services, tours, experiences, restaurant.

2. Support service
Maestru-DC SRL offers its customers support service at the phone number +373 69 023 001. The working days of the support service are Monday – Sunday, working hours 09.00 – 21.00.
The support service provides consultation to customers regarding the services offered by the electronic store, the methods of payment, delivery and revocation of the payment operation / transactions carried out. The support service is obliged to receive complaints from buyers, to inform them about the status of the complaint investigation process, and, as the case may be, to ensure the investigation of complaints.
3. How do we buy? The technology of making the purchase
On the desired product/service page, select the product quantity and type. Click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button, available under the product images. The product is now available in the ‘SHOPPING CART’. This is accessible from the top right corner of the page. Move your mouse over the link, or click, to discover the ‘SHOPPING BASKET’. Edit or continue with the reservation of services by clicking on the button ‘Next’.

4. How do we pay? The technology of making the payment transaction
Before proceeding with the completion of the Payment Operation, all parameters and basic conditions of the Sale aimed at payment must be made available to the Buyer:
- name of the product/service;
- the price and quantity of each product / service within the Transaction;
- the date for the delivery of the products/services reserved online;
- the total value of the order, equal to the amount of the Payment Operation that will be initiated by the Merchant to pay for the given Sale;
- By using the reservation system, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees with the Commercial Terms and Conditions – prior to initiating the Payment Transaction.
Payment can be made through the payment instruments offered by “Paynet Service” SRL. Products/Services booked online must be paid in full, otherwise the service/product will not be provided.
After making the reservation, the Buyer will receive a confirmation with the number assigned to his reservation to the e-mail address he indicated.
The website www.leuntea-vin.md is secure, Maestru-DC SRL does not keep your personal, account or card data used in making an online transaction.
5. Provision of Services and Cancellation Policy
Reservations made online are a binding civil contract between the Buyer and Maestru-DC SRL, which comes into force when the reservation has been confirmed by email and the full payment has been successfully made.
In special cases or in unforeseen situations, if Maestru-DC SRL cannot provide the service/product, then the Buyer will be offered an alternative option or the full refund of the amount on the card.
After the Buyer has entered the payment data, confirmed and authorized its execution, it will not be possible to make changes, revoke the payment and return the financial means related to this payment.
If the Buyer cancels the reservation 3 or more days before the service/product delivery date, the full amount will be refunded to the customer’s card.
The electronic store www.leunatea-vin.md reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of any technical problems. In this case, the full amount paid by the Buyer will be returned to the card.
The commercial relations between the beneficiary and Maestru-DC SRL are officially regulated by the bodies regarding consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts.
Final and Judicial Provisions
Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this service will be resolved amicably. In the event of conflicts arising during the purchase, payment or delivery of products purchased from the Maestru-DC SRL company and which are not regulated by a point of this act, they will be resolved amicably, within 30 working days from the moment of notification in written form of the problem. If the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, the jurisdiction rests with the courts of the Republic of Moldova. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customer assumes all such risks.
